Volunteers Needed

Are you planning on attending Hodaka Days.  If you are and you could spare a little time, we could use your help.

Hodaka Days has grown over the years. Attendance is up. More activities added and what used to be two and a half days, has now become four. With the additional activities and larger crowds, comes a need for more help.

Although we have a dedicated group that toil year-round to plan and put together Hodaka Days, there is just too much going on for them to do it all.

We need help! Can you spare some time at Hodaka Days to make sure we’re successful?  It’s fun. You can make some new Hodaka friends. And it can get you one punch closer to being a Hodaka “Iron Man”. What’s an “Iron Man”, you ask?

Participate in five events in the next four days and earn yourself the distinction of being a Hodaka Club “Iron Man”.

Eligible events include:

  • ·         Poker Run
  • ·         Trail Ride
  • ·         Parade
  • ·         Bike Show
  • ·         MX

Or you can earn a credit for volunteering to help with an event.

Ask for your Iron Man card and get it punched at any event. Then have the crew punch your card as you participate in additional events. After your fifth event, turn in your card for your Iron Man patch or, if you’ve already proved your mettle in prior years, you can get a “2024” rocker patch to go with your previous award.

Below and on the next page is a list of the tasks we need volunteers for. If you can help us, please send an email to volunteer@hodakadays.org.

Thank you.
